Near the beginning a dead rat is pulled out of a toilet. Later in the movie a rat is hit like a golf ball and the character assumes the rat was alive. It is later revealed that there are a lot of zombie rats who are electrocuted and shown dead and limp. Toilet rat scene is shortly after the bar opens and they're at the bar. Dead rat is shown again when the plumber goes outside to throw it in the dumpster. A lot of rats scene is when they go into the basement to switch on the breaker. Golf moment is here too, so you can skip to the next scene completely if this makes you uncomfortable

Not a guy, but a black drag queen dies first, and I wanted to flag it since it did make me worry! There are other black drag queens in the movie, so the first black queen isn't killed for being a token. She is seen throughtout the movie as well. (Iirc the black character deaths are the most violent though.)
