there are spiders
spoiler
The house that the family lives in has spiders, seen multiple times. They don’t look like CGI and are probably real live spiders. Also in an early scene, the little boy in in his classroom and is terrified when a spider runs across his desk top. The teacher shows him how to carefully get a glass and a piece of paper so the spider doesn’t have to be killed, they let it go outside. Close-ups of an actual live spider, medium sized

I don't know why people are saying yes. I don't think the blood/gore is excessive. I know the last half of the movie has blood/gore but I don't think it's overused.
there's body horror
spoiler
Saying there is body horror in the movie us a huge stretch. Movies like The Fly 1986, Arabic, Contracted, Spring, The Beach House and American Mary are body horror. Unless you count getting stabbed, or seeing a weird creature, there is no bloody horror in the movie.

spoiler
The father yells "Call 911!" and right after the mother gets to the phone, he doubles over and begins to vomit blood.
Timestamp is 59:00 so mute and cover eyes beforehand. It becomes very obvious when it's about to start. The audio and visual for his ends at 59:26.
The mother begins chasing Peter up the stairs and almost catches him before she also begins to vomit blood.
Timestamp is 59:46 so mute and cover eyes beforehand. Hers is NOT obvious before it starts. The audio and visual ends at 1:00:07, in a way... It depends for the individual, but she's lying on the ground and you can see the blood still on her mouth, which is what she vomited. Personally I do not see the look of vomit whatsoever. If you want to avoid this as well, however, then the scene ends at 1:01:23.
To skip this all ENTIRELY! Skip from about 58:30-1:01:23. Hope this helps out. ❤️
Edit: There are other shots of the mother throughout the end scenes of the film.
